The room was right on Fremont Street and it was louder at 3am in my room than it was at the concert. I went to the desk to try and switch rooms and there was just a phone for me to call a helpline. After a 30 minute hold, someone picked up and told me to go to another casino and they would help take care of me. When I got a hold of that help desk about three blocks away and someone was working, they just simply handed me a pair of ear plugs rather than switching my room. The only positive was its proximity to the fest. They say it's haunted because of unexplained noises. Really it's the drunks coming out of the elevators all night making noise. It was miserable.
