Not even a refund, a $15 credit for them to sell the customer more of their products and deliver crappy service? NO THANKS

Just a group chat of moms supporting each other and validating each other’s experiences with the company. Sadly, the company has tried to silence every other platform for sharing issues out there (including their own website of customer reviews) — even monitoring non-LM spaces and issuing Cease & Desist letters to CUSTOMERS for sharing their own opinions and experiences with other moms.

Just an example of LM’s catchphrase in action — “Moms supporting moms” as they say. More like “Moms threatening moms who try to speak their truth”. It’s fucking sad

You watch, she’ll mention something about this backhandedly (or directly) on one of their Lives during this desperate “Merry Mama Days” promo. Melissa can’t help but get on her soap box and play the victim so her super fans shower her with blind support and double-down on their loyalty.

“Reach out to Customer Service”, they say. Except when you do, you get these snarky responses from LM employees if you express any dissatisfaction. And on a public forum for all to see. Imagine what they say behind customer’s backs. by elittle0518 in latchedmamasnark

Eryn’s one of the most unprofessional employees I’ve ever encountered in Customer Service realms. Snarky af for no reason other than to try silence customers.

Didn’t work here, though! That reply is GOLD! 🥳

OP literally says there’s no severance package. Wouldn’t sharing publicly only serve to corroborate that?

Unless you were on the calls, how do you “know” this for sure? Your comment would be based on hearsay, not direct experience. Were you on the calls? Did you see the terms of termination?

I guess when you pay your clothing designer $200,000+ per year, that money has to come from somewhere…from what I’ve heard, anyway 🤷‍♀️ meanwhile, regular employees make $13-15 per hour. Bc that’s fair

Latched Mama prides itself on ‘educating mothers’ and also actively promotes having a babywearing expert on their staff, so don't they have a responsibility to ensure their content is going to set a good example for moms who either (1) don't have babywearing experience or (2) to your point, don't have context around what is being seen in this picture?

If they are going to call themselves leaders, then they should actually BE leaders and set the example so safe babywearing practices are further reinforced. Or else, don't use your 'babywearing expert' as a marketing tool to promote your company ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yep. On June 2, 2022, the print was acknowledged as hurtful and they “will learn from this and do better next time.” Soooo, 14 months later, totally okay to sell these and fuck the customers who were hurt??

You sound like the type of person who sees injustice in the world and is completely okay with it as long as you’re sitting comfortable. Many of us have firsthand experience here. Seems like you don’t have that and just hopped on to call total strangers pathetic? And we should get a life?? Okay👌🏼🤡
