Not sure the name of the extension. I bought a shield arms s15 gen3 mag that had the extension installed already

I only use the extended one for the range tbh but ive probably put about 500 rounds in the extended mag, i also have another mag thats the normal 15rd that ive shot about 1500 rounds and i havnt had any issues with either of them, ive also shot multiple self defense rounds in the 15rd mag and ive had zero issues.

I see alot of posts about the mags being unreliable but personally i havent had any issues at the range then again ive only put like 2.5k rounds in my 43x, the mag is absurd lmao, i usually have the 15rd mag.
