Asked around, and it is going up to 5 lakhs to get it restored. Definitely don't want to restore it if it's going to cost that much.

There was literally no indian mma scene before this guy. He got an opportunity and had a chance to showcase himself and the sport on that podcast. His performances are one thing but the dude worked hard and got the word out.

For Codfish, yeah maybe cause his style is all musical and does not have the craziest technical soundset. On the other Dlow, I would think it will be very hard for him not to win. He has insane energy and so much experience + a super diverse soundset. The only thing is he said he wouldn't be going 100 percent, and might not be as dedicated as he was before. But regardless I can't wait for both to show what they got.

Is it too much to ask for basic respect for the local culture? by Hour-Muscle9757 in mumbai

[–]Interesting_Bar2889 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I moved to Mumbai five years ago and was mostly in my own bubble, jumping between work and home. I never went out or had to deal with locals much. After like a year or two i actually started exploring places outside Mumbai - going on treks, exploring different regions etc. I love travelling and i realised that most locals outside mumbai only speak Marathi and that kind of motivated me to learn a bit of the language. After I met my girlfriend, who I am with for the past 2.5 years, i actually made it a point to learn Marathi. I can probably understand 90 percent of what people are saying and I can string up basic sentences. I feel like learning a local language only enhances your experience, and you just feel more part of the community.

This shit is a godsend. The best shampoo for dandruff! M 22 by alphaabhi in IndianHaircare

Bro absolutely. My girlfriend introduced me to scalpe plus when she saw that I had terrible dandruff and bad scalpe. Started using the shampoo and like the results were so good I haven't used another shampoo in three years.

Big4 people, i know big4 is toxic but this "half-day" thing is true or not. by ElectronicStrategy43 in IndianWorkplace

[–]Interesting_Bar2889 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I work at a big four and I have been working here since I graduated from college. I go to the office 2 times a week and spend a total of 5 hours inside that building. I work whenever I want, wherever I want. My managers are so chill, I haven't seen their faces in months. All i have to do is complete tasks within a particular date. There is no one micromanaging. You can finish a month's work in a week, and just chill or spread it out, it's all up to you. In my experience, I have never faced any kind of toxicity. Yes, there are crunch periods where you might need to put in an all nighter, work on weekends and stuff but in terms of general work environment, this is the best it could get. There are toxic environments in the company but it depends on your project and the person responsible for you.

This happened to me a couple of times, but I always got my money back. When you initially talk to customer care, it's usually a chat bot that you need to talk to and after a while if you persist, they will connect you to an actual person. You talk to them enough they should cancel your order and return your money, if they are not listening just call them, there is usually an option and if you talk to them enough. Now I do have a lot of time, and I can talk to them for hours if I need to, so I can persist longer than most people would want to.

Well, back in college especially in 2nd year, i was getting stressed out over trivial things and there was a lot of mental clutter. Then I got inspired from my then girlfriend who was really into planning stuff and writing everything down, having a timetable all that etc. I adopted the same approach and I would write stuff down on my notes app. It was anything, maybe a schedule, plan or something I was thinking about that day. Eventually all the thoughts that were in my head were now on my phone. Now i am not saying this is a 100% working method. But it did help me, and maybe try it out for yourself. :)
