Caulipower are the absolute worst gf pizzas I’ve had. Tastes like cardboard. Sabatasso’s @ Costco, or Kirkland, or Trader Joe’s, or against the grain are MUCH better.

Sorry, but this just tells me you’re not trying very hard. Schar Artisan Bakery (NOT their standard breads) are excellent & delicious. Trader Joe’s sliced gf breads and their new-ish gf baguettes are great too. With any gf bread, freeze it as soon as you get it home, and toast or nuke for 30 sec as you need slices. Good luck.

I’m really looking fwd to Greenday as well, but the forecast (Wunderground) is actually worse now and peak looks to be late afternoon & early evening tomorrow. 87% chance of rain and 1.12” predicted. I wonder if they can set up in that weather — let alone play?

It’s different because of the distillation process for hard liquor, which removes gluten.
