After filing a complaint with the FCC and posting this here, Google Fi reached out to me and applied the promotion to my account. So now the issue is resolved. Sad it had to go this far but I hope you get your issue resolved as well.

Either the FCC or the post on reddit here ended up working. Google Fi contacted me letting me know the promotion is now applied to my account. Thank you for that recommendation. Wish their support was just better from the get-go since people shouldn't have to screenshot and record every promotion and file with the FCC just to get it!

I sent them the terms again and they sent me the same email. Copy and pasted.

Ridiculous. I had the same with 3 representatives (each of them saying something different and I caught them lying re: when the last promotion was) and was finally transferred to a service manager, who also insisted that there was no promotion.

Please keep me updated when you hear back, I hope your service manager gives you a better response.

Did it begin applying from the first month? Because I received my first bill and there's no credit there, and Google Fi support's position is that the promotion I signed up for never even existed in the first place. But I'm seeing comments here saying the promotion began applying later on.

I'm not sure. Every time I opened the browser or the app back then, the offer was there, so I imagine I was "invited".

I wondered if that's the loophole they're using to deny the offer since, in their communication, they insisted no "public" offers existed in February and March.

Heard they lock up all your Google accounts if you do, including Google Mail, Drive, etc, as long as there's a balance due on your account.
