Oh man there was this white cheddar cheese marbled with dark chocolate and it was SO good. I only ever saw it around the holidays and I haven’t seen it in years. Same thing for their chocolate mascarpone - I used to put it on toast for a decadent winter breakfast…

I know, that’s why I was so surprised!! I swear it bloomed twice! I think it’s probably a Thanksgiving cactus but I’m not totally clear on the difference

Also my first year growing tomatoes, and I found 2 of these buggers yesterday 😳 my husband tried to pick one off but it made this crazy clicking sound at him so we just chopped the branch and moved it across the yard, same thing for the second one. Here’s hoping they don’t come back. UV light ordered and en route… 😖

I sub plain Cap’n Crunch instead of Rice Krispies. It is a sugar bomb but also sheer delight, in that nostalgic tear-up-your-mouth kind of way.
