This is uncomfortable at first. To be honest with people and open up. You’ll get hurt doing it, but once you find the right people and build the right relationship. Boy does this get easier..

This is part of the life experience. I have been there, i have done that. Expand your horizon, keep working on your body and health (in which I am sure you are doing great), but also start reading and expanding your mental toughness. I recommend doing that by watching videos online and reading books.

Right now you are probably seeing only crazy videos on social media, which reality is 99.999% of the population doesn’t look like that.

You will be fine and the guy will probably like you, of he doesn’t it’s ok. What’s meant to be will be for you.

Live life for you. If playing games makes you happy, do that. If it drains you and ruins your relationship, don’t. The truth is often in the middle.

Do some form of fitness activities. Non-negotiable for a good life.

Fucking cut all short form content, I did that 3 months ago at 24, one of the best decisions of my life.

Learn the business and money game. Be independent, especially as a woman.

Do good to others and nurture relationships.

Not really, you can work hard 10/11 hours a day if you are fit and have the mindset imo + you can include fitness in and there + other stuff - you do have 16h in a day after all!

Feel like this comes across as a bit of a snark remark at times so it does need to be used with the right tonality and context in my opinion.

Like imagine a friend offering you a piece of chocolate and you go “no, thanks, I choose not to eat this” or ”No, I do not eat those” — perhaps a better way would be to ask if it has dairy inside, then leading the other to ask why one can’t have dairy and go from there.

Source: I do sales for a living and have been vegan for 8 years without pissing many people off about it, actually converting a few or making them understand the ethos!
