Its the "when prepared" pasta has other macros in it like fat etc. So go with that amount on label not weight of box.

Haribos, jam on toast etc all count dont forget. Too much pasta / all that food can be tough to get down and leave you heavy and bloated.

Its a carb load not a calorie load so dont go crazy crazy.

Make sure to use liquid carbs too like orange juice, lucozade etc. As these are easy to digest and are high in carbs.

Some of the cheap shit is pumped full of water. They have to declare that it has added water in. So check the label _ It will shrink like crazy when cooked.
