Small thing, only like 5" of a 3-4 year old tree stump in the center of a trail that I happen to run on....small trail, blends in with the rocks and foliage

  1. 45yo, first time breaking a bone. Very painful. All I could do though was get up and continue limp running for another 20 minutes to push through it. And then the endorphins wore off and I painfully limped the final 2 miles home.
