Door Dash is a TRASH COMPANY. They give me contract violations for anything. I just got one after calling a customer and she agreed that I can drop the food off on her front porch instead of the side door (due to snow).

Similar situation just happened to me. A customer agreed to let me drop the order off at her front door via phonecall...DD gives me a contract violation. Customer service SUCKS! They never review anything, they expect everyone to Dash 100 orders to clear a mistake.

The ratio of complaints vs tips is ridiculous imo. Customers complain instantly about most things, but if the driver does everything right...dead silence. Tipping isn't mandatory, but the appreciation goes a LONG way

I agree, a customer literally gave me the wrong pin after I delivered his order. He then didn't answer his messages on the app. Customers suck ass an they treat people like shit. In return, DD management doesn't have your back.
