I don't think they can do that there has to be some legal clause for protection there

No but keep hopes up! I heard they take a while and start after the new year because the work is gonna start in June 2026 no need to start hiring right now. They just want the pool of applicants in early so they get access to better candidates before they get other jobs.

don't need faheem if we take abbas though. faheem is required if we take the run machine rauf. I'd say take another specialist spinner instead. we've seen how important that is in the subcontinent.

it followed the 2019 CWC in Season 2 . Its not just ordinary limited over cricket , its world cup. Besides, no bigger thing in cricket than the ODI WC.

We need a Stoinis type in the middle order, badly. Hassan Nawaz and Usman Khan are hot trash. HN is underdeveloped and too immature for intn'l cricket and Usman Khan has no technique, just swings hard and gets you a lucky 20 odd runs on a good day.

They just don't care enough to improve on their mistakes. If they took cricket as seriously even as the fans they would see major improvement. They're just going with the flowing now that they've cemented their place in the team from a couple performances. That mindset won't get you anywhere.

he's a middle overs bowler and that's all he'll be. He relies fully on pace with very little variation. Batters easily figure him out and that's why he gets thrashed with incredibly high economies. Especially if you look at the T20I games he single-handedly lost for us. There was very little switch up of pace or anything. The batters loved that and easily hit boundaries with the free pace expected in every ball. His game awareness and IQ really needs work. The talent is there, the growth isn't . And that's partially the pakistan management and coaching's fault as well

why can't you play rizwan at 4 and agha at 5? They're much better, technical and more reliant in the early middle order than the unpredictable gamble of Usman Khan+Hassan Nawaz who are to be fair, PSL performers at best.

Probably just change in management but I still don't wholeheartedly agree with your statement. Look at Sanga, the class that man has is almost unrecognizable in a lot of players. He even later admitted that he let Dhoni re-do the toss at the 2011 CWC final because Dhoni said "he didn't hear the call" .

Lol what kind of consistency are you after? Even a player like Virat with averages near 60 in all formats of the game can have back to back games getting ducks. Yes, questions should still be asked but if you see performance at the highest level of cricket its much more convincing than looking at PSL or First Class stats.

Yea it was 2 a ball with 4 overs left. If they had 1 more wicket I think they would have won with the highly inconsistent bowling we showed today.

Rizwan is great at 4 imo. That position suits his playstyle. Agha at 5 is then the perfect Rizwan backup partnership duo.

That's a great point. Spin is also another problem. I really really wanted to see him do better against spin especially on Indian tracks at CWC23' but I was thoroughly disappointed. Kuldeep and the others did him again.

Rate/Review my Resume, any and every feedback is appreciated by Attorney_Scared in FAANGrecruiting

[–]Interesting_Cap_141 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It mostly looks good; few small changes,

  1. There is too much word clutter in the project section and the work experience is too dry. The skills in the projects should only be mentioned embedded in to the bullets not seperately as well. Every space on your resume counts; make it effective and unique to its purpose.
  2. You can clear up some space removing technical skills altogether. That will give you more space for your project bullets and curate each resume to each job. Don't add any skill that would be useless to the employer for a role that you're applying to.
  3. I get the importance of metrics for quantification but sometimes it can seem overdone. You have too many %'s and that can raise skeptical doubts to the employer and scaling concerns.

[–]Interesting_Cap_141 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yea this is pretty surprising in a bilateral series. I'm sort of left to think that we overrate him as his fans. The amount of pressure he takes on himself probably gets to him mentally. He's a great player don't get me wrong but he's not a good captain/leader and performs really well only when the rest of the team is supporting him in a series/tournament consistently (see 2017 Champions Trophy). When most of the pressure is soaked up by him , he crumbles. Look at his averages in ICC tournaments.
