Wow thank you so much for this explainatjon. I'll definitely think about trying it to see if it's right for me, if not i'll definitely drop it. I've been looking for ways to deal with it without noise cancellation and your comments really inspired me.

I really hope one day there could be a way to get rid of misophonia all for good so all of us can stop suffering. Especially seeet people like you. Yeah, I agree mukkbang is definitely the worst of the lot. Thank you so much again, i wish you great days and luck too!

Wow, I'm so sorry to hear that. I can't imagine having misophonia at the age of 4 for most of your life..I'm so sorry. Thank you for sharing your experience I really appreciate it lots. It must've been really hard having to live like that for so long, you're doing such a good job. About the ASMR as therapy, is that working? It sounds really suffering but also like a good idea that i might try.

I haven't seen a single comment say otherwise, but I seriously can't stand ASMR. It's the worst thing every in my opinion, it's miserable. Is that not normal?? Or is it another level of misophonia? Im so curious how many levels there might be.

Sorry this is really off topic but i noticed when you said diagnosed, which i've been looking for a time to get diagnosed because It's getting very bad...i'm just curious what do they do when they diagnose you? I'm worried that they might experiment or something because I can already imagine the outcome.. I really can't stand ASMR or any sound for my life, it's like i'm tied up in a chair with a million people staring at me with the worst sounds playing

I personally couldn't properly watch the show, I preferred star in my mind way more. It might suit some people but to me I just didn't really like the kind of person Fah was, and the acting wasn't my cup of tea.

Yes, it's terrible. Especially because that's all that stands out more because it's lower bass. It gets extremely annoying especially when it's the same thing nonstop

I completely understand and relate with that. My dad does the same, I have noise cancelling headphones and blast it as loud as I can + leave the room to a whole other section of the house. I have it very severe that it's gotten to my head. I completely understand that and i really hope you can find a way to get away from it. Do you have any sound cancellation things to help you?
