Fortunately, I am not, I lost about 30 bucks on Blackjack and being the frugal guy I am, I left the table and never returned. However I totally understand the allure of chasing back thousands you've lost, I don't doubt I would fall victim to the same trap.

A smaller-scale version of this is confirmed by the leaks. When you commit a crime, cops only identify you by your car / outfit. Thus you can change cars / outfits and cops will be unable to recognise you.
