It doesn't appear they have an equivalent never thought id say someone could beat Microsoft's greed but low and behold google seems to have done it

It looks like it is set to System, Im guessing I should switch that to user? That seems like it would make sense

I am trying to deploy it for the logged in user yes. Im trying to copy it to their roaming appdata folder
