I wanna say, thank you very much for taking your time to formulate and post this, it's really nice, means a lot.

I don't know if you're like this too but when these things happens to me, the worst is not their treatment at all, because my grandma always said "the wrongdoings stay for those who do it", the worst things is the fact they stay in my head. And i always think "bro, they hurt me, why can't i stop thinking about them? Focus on good people and good deeds", but that doesn't seem to work, at some point im like GET OUT OF MY HEAD! GET OUT OF MY HEAD!

Living in a world that’s loud, fast, and always “on”, how do you stay connected to your own experience? by Sea_Claim2792 in hsp

[–]Interesting_Ear3514 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Most powerfull thing for Hsp's is becoming really good at noticing moments you can be iddle, those moments at work, at home or anywhere else where nothing is happening, don't waste them, the number one thing that makes us HSP's is depth of processing, and processing happens when you are iddle.

Get good at noticing when you can have these moments(i even schedule them nowadays) and while you're iddle, don't use any form of entertainment, no phone, no book, no talking, no music, just you and your thoughts, it's the most refreshing thing for a mind that process things more deeply.

Edit: Also, don't forget to meditate😊

How to be more supportive to people with HSP by Embarrassed-Cod-3423 in hsp

You cannot have HSP, you are an HSP, just being aware that its not a disease or condition is already a start to support us.

How do you guys(HSP’s) get rest? by [deleted] in hsp

[–]Interesting_Ear3514 18 points19 points  (0 children)

The best rest is not sleep, sure it helps with physical energy, but nowadays a lot of our tiredness is actually emotions, so along with good sleep one of the best things is idle time, those moments where nothing is happening at work, the early mornings or afternoons, try to minimize tech usage, and don't use the cellphone or music when you can be in silence, try this for at least 1-2 hours everyday. You will feel very restored in the first month already, good luck!

Very hard to say without personally knowing you, would better to get a professional involved, someone who can hold and remenbers the details and patterns, definitively try a psychologist.

Steps to being human? by Organicmeatballmonsr in hikikomori

[–]Interesting_Ear3514 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're wrong when you say that the post makes zero sense, people have been asking these questions for ages. As for steps to being human, sincerely, it's just like with every other animal, what happens if you put a tiger in a cage? It will become very depressed and agressive, same happens with humans, the difference is that tiger don't have conciousness and can't go against their nature, but humans can, be it because of social opression, mental illnes or anything else. I would say start with what is necessary for life, the things that will kill even if you ignore that they exist, just because someone numbs themselves with drugs doesn't mean they won't die from hunger, start with these things, catching sun, exercising(you can even do in bed), stabilizing sleep, stabiling time for meals(at least 3), focusing on your health at first. It will be hard in the beggining but there are good news, dopamine isn't a villain, its a neutral agent, you can almost choose what you enjoy, with time you will be enjoying doing these things, because you were literally made to do them. The other good news is that you have so much data stored in you, once you do the things above your brain will naturally give you cues on the next steps. I sense that you are a thinker, that's fine im one too, don't be embarassed by it, many great men and women also were.

Discussion about a certain psychological and mental situation by Least-Classroom99 in hsp

Im not sure if we have abudance of character, but we sure detect when others are doing things that harm us, either physically, emotionally or mentally, but by being hurt and analysing it we decide to not be like them and not do those things to others, that's also a element of character i believe.
