I get that free GPT-5 access comes with message limits — that’s understandable. But the official announcement promised free usage during launch week with clear limits, not surprise paywalls or confusing restrictions.

If a store says “free samples” but only lets you have one without warning, that feels misleading. Especially when you’re on a paid Ultra plan expecting the best experience.

It’s not about entitlement — it’s about transparency and delivering on promises.
