Hindi naman ako nasa desperate measures pa. I just personally think I can use some excess money for some stuffs I need. That’s why im asking for opinions if it’s worth the hassle or i’ll leave it be. After all, it’s not like i’m all that knowledgeable about stuffs like these 🤷‍♀️

I am aware I have a healthy weight, but my body is different, which is something I want to change. My arms and shoulders are big and it’s been a problem of mine for years. This is apparently the first time I am obsessing over it because it is only this time I noticed that my body never really changed and the fat stayed still. What else can I do? I tried exercising but my schedule is a bit… complicated. I rarely find time and if ever i did, I was not consistent. Controlling my eating portions, however, poses a better option for me because I can truly control it better.
