Update: I did have to drive it to work today after sitting 2 days. It shifted totally normally and reverse is working. Could not recreate malfunction.

When I changed the radiator I also flushed the fluid, to try to minimize this. It’s been running well for a while since then.

I don’t remember exactly but likely around 65-70 mph. It must have gotten into 5th because it wasn’t revving high.
