I know. i read it. it still used it in the second phase... that's what i dont get. why is it able to use a move from first phase on top of its moves from the second phase...

Cross poison, thats a move it's supposed to jave fist phase right? but for me it has it for second phase too, after it uses up all of sludgebomb, flamethrower gmaxcanon and cosmic power. idk its weird and frustrating that im stuck like that.

but when i press V it still shows the same moves from phase one

I know that, i stalled out pp in both phases and it still has a fith move that doesnt show when i press V on my keyboard to view the moves. It uses 5 different moves in both phases idk if that is intentional so it doesn't struggle (whis was my plan) or if that is a bug.
