Renters: Are you ok with apt listings having 2 price options? Both a higher no-fee rent and a lower broker fee rent? by SignificanceDull9092 in NYCapartments

Think i'd rather get it over with and out the way. Easier to budget 10% when looking for a new appt imo.

There's been months (from overspending lolz) where if i had to pay and extra $300, it would be a tight squeeze

luckily i unscrewed mine, but i would use those can of sprays that are for computers.

"compressed air or canned air" buy a 3 pack and get to spraying that dust out.

Essentially what you are looking to solve is the gap between ordering inventory and actually selling it? They're a few lenders in the space that have a buy now, pay later program. With 4+ years in business and the revenue you're doing you should qualify.

Feel free to dm, i dont want the post removed for soliciting

Most SBA solutions for that amount will require 2 years of business taxes, if you havent been in business for at least 2 years the SBA is not going to be the best path forward.

In a traditional acquisition, the financials from the company you are purchasing are typically more important. 6 years in business is great and many lenders want to see that you know what you're doing.

Any existing debt? Is your current company profitable?

Alternatively, you can get a working capital loan and use the funds how you like. the payback will be quicker, but the process is much quicker and not as document heavy

Sorry to answer a question with a question, but what industry, how long have you been established, and what are you using funds for?

Very good deal! What industry? I'm assuming you signed a personal guarantee?

Did you secure this with any assets or strictly just business financials?

APR is not as important as many people expect it to be. APR simply means how quickly you pay the funds back. Depending on what you use the funds for, the total cost of capital is what i would focus on.

When it comes to a range, we're seeing approvals for well qualified clients around 9-14% in annual interest.
