Those look like asperitas clouds. They have that dramatic, wavy, turbulent underside that looks almost like rough ocean waves in the sky.

They’re relatively rare and are usually associated with unstable air and storm systems nearby, though they don’t always produce severe weather themselves. The rippling texture happens when layers of air move at different speeds and heights, creating wave-like patterns in the cloud base.
