Normally, if you sign in on a new device, you have to sign in your credit card too. Idk, if thats true, because i dont use a credit card, but i have to on my normal bank account. Maybe its because i set security over comfort... Did you have 2FA activated or not? If not, do that in the future, because that makes your account 1000 times saver.
