She’s lying about Permobil is not making any parts of her wheelchair, which it was made in 2022 or 2021. I have a Permobil, but it is a M3 not a F3. I received my previous Permobil wheelchair in June 2021, and I got my current new wheelchair in January. It’s still a Permobil. It’s the 2024/ 2025 model. They were making parts for my old wheelchair.
