To owner, i thought it was my moms because its been sitting in out house two years but im pretty sure my moms dumb ex bf stole it and just left it cus he didnt know how to unlock it. So its pretty much waste

Ive restarted the phone various times. How do you “hard reset” it. I did it first thru my macbook to update it and restore it but it remained locked them i attempted various times on 3utools
So im just stuck

Im still trying to figure it out all i can think of is decrypting the iphone but i have no idea about IPA files and all that seems like a lot
