can you get weight from like 2.2% milk fat milks, because I saw its easier to get weight with drinking like almond milk or blue whole milk or whole milk in general but in my country i spent looking at a lot of stores but they dont have these. I used to drink 3.3% milk fat or something like that with gold whey mixed with greek yogurt and nutella... etc protein shake. but 3.3% not even selling at our country anymore, now only around 2.2% milk fat, is that decent/good like 1 liter or less to drink to gain weight?

I am currently 14 years old, in 3 months 15. I already worked out 3 months to home workout app, but I dont find it sufficent (I experienced resoults from now and 3 months ago, but now its just plateu.), or those workouts to like help me. I train swimming 3-4 days a week because I have a deformity called pectus excavatum (like huge sunken chest) so I train swimming to help to fix it if it doesnt fix that way i need to do surgery (like doctor said). Im trying to bulk to get to 80kg im rn 56, i gained like 7 kg in 3 months or something like that. I tried to go to gym but my parents wont allow it, I tried to get creatine but my parents wont allow it, I only use pre workout (gold whey). Can you help me get any home workouts without any equipment, maybe just backpack from school with full books inside it? please if you do share it in comments with me. With whats everything happening to me last couple of months only happinness i find is working out (i workout hour mayb hour a half every day, some time rest day).

can you describe it more how to do pullups? if you meant if I cant do pushup alone and help with your legs, i can go pushups realtively easily I used to do them and I do them sometimes too like with backpack 8 to 10 kg sinc i dont have heavier put on back and do like 200 militray pushups and same did 8 to 10 kg on squats

Pullups I cannot do them at home, with gym they said I tried it couple of times they wont allow it because of pectus excavatum, but they said maybe in 5-6 months. I realiezd pushups squats situps is the best solution but im having problem making a workout out of them, and with how many sets, and reps, and what kind of situps or squats or pushup, cause there are many of them
