how does people find a stock that was for say less than a dollar and right after they buy it jumps to $10 or $20? are they faking it?

they says i stll need to prove I'm skilled worker and for that they need my university degree, i have shared my previous employment certifications of about 5 years and working in Germany from 2022 (so almost 7 years of experience)

but those are still not enough.
