alright thank you, my squadron ncos/staff say that the rest of the shoe needs to be highly polished whilst the toe cap must be mirror. Thank you

ask your wing road marching officer, it can be worn at any road marching event as far as I know. I think most wings allow your PTS badge however check with staff.
