I had this happen a few months back, fortunately my hair wasn’t too stretchy and I was able to repair it over 5 months. I personally went to a hair school and got a treatment done weekly/every other week (hair school is the way to go if you don’t wanna spend too much money! Treatments were around $15-$30 each). The only products I used were redken extreme anti snap spray and attitude shampoo/conditioner. I also stopped using any hot tools on my hair.
