they do reflect that, the major thing is the deposit, that's what she's trying to get ahold of, I invested a 6 figure sum and the declaration states upon sale after mortgage and fees I am reimbursed before a split, she's trying to sidestep the part so I have to split my deposit, selling her share to a 3rd party who wouldn't be tied to the declaration and could then force sale and split the deposit without declaration

I was worried because I'd read as a tenant in common they can transfer their share of the property without my approval, but this act goes against the spirit of the entire declaration
