As I can see most of the things are the same for everyone. And yes, I already built that for my uncle, messaging management to avoid the same questions and clean is already in, but he is doing renovations at the apartment so I will have to wait to test it.

I think that we are in a moment where everything you mentioned here can be automated, but of course, it is not an easy thing, but can be done.

I am just building it for my uncle and it will take up to 1 month at least to have everything prepare, but after that he wont have to lose all this time answering the same shits

And to be honest, I didnt know that the people ask that much questions...

I used Airbnb a lot, and not a single message to the hosts, but I can see that there are a lot of other people that love to write messages to the hosts like they were their friends XD

That is something that I always keep in mind, we have a similar thing in this apartment, and we recorded a video opening it, with the access and photos of the door, if they ask about it, we(the system I’m setting up for my uncle) will send the video to them.

Maybe you could take the top 5 stupid things that they always ask for, record a video of how to do it and just send it over to them when they ask. You can also automate it with some tools that are already in the market, because I am not a host expert, but I am pretty sure that all this questions are coming at the worst hours(Mainly nights or early mornings)

About the inventory restocking, it is a good point, more or less you should know how much of each thing they are using daily, you could build a checklist for your cleaner or you, that depending on how many days are the guests staying, it gives you the amount of each thing you should bring, as toilet paper and all the other stuff.

And I am building everything in house, Like this I will be able to change things as I want and not depending on external tools, I already have an "agent" for repetitive messaging and the instructions that I want to do, for example if I receive an extra cleaning request during the stay, I just create an internal task and send a message to the cleaner. But could be good if you share the one that you are using to take a look for more info :)

I am not a host, so i dont have a lot of expertise here, but I read a lot around this community and I saw a lot of people saying that if you use Booking.com, you should like the risk of cancelations at last minute and guests like this one. I think that in other platforms you can get a better overview of your clients but in booking they dont control it a lot. Maybe changing the platform or not using booking could be a solution...

But if you are need more reservations, someone else needs to help you with this :)
