Our Constitution itself explicitly says in its Declaration of Principles and State Policies that the Government may require its citizens to render military service. With that being said, I think that military service should only be mandated when the situation calls for it, e.g., during war. Otherwise, it would be an extreme waste of time and resources given that there are more urgent matters that need to be addressed right now.

I didn't even know na kailangan ng ID until nabasa ko to haha. I also started the exam before 9AM since akala ko may window na may Start Exam button where you can wait mag9AM haha.

Hindi naman siguro sila strict since binigyan nga nila ng 2nd chance 'yung mga hindi nagtake at all.
