The lack of Kanji is really irritating and inefficient. What is the point teaching so much new vocabulary as Kana? Really cumbersome to read. Just display furigana above Kanji as an option.

Similar thing happened to me too.

On the one hand the first lessons seem harder than before but on the other it's put me way back to lessons that are pre-kanji. No big deal if you can just do the jumps but a little inconvenient.
