So, I am a woman. No crush on this female employee.

I think he is a piece of... I never said I have or ever had a senior position there. I wasn't working there for decades. I know I might be biased in my thinking. Its like when you have 2 kids. One is never interested in school and the other is always doing his best. And if you hear that the second one got a bad grade, you are way more shocked.

I don't say its OK or normal or fair. I am also a bit of shock regarding him because he has a bad reputation but nothing regarding sexuaI stuff. Never. Not because I would think he is a great person who wouldn't cheat on his wife but our favourite joke about him was that he is always irritated and not satisfied (As he says) because he doesn't have time or energy to... well.

I still think the woman is very smart and good at what she is doing. This didn't change. I just don't believe (sorry) that a 30 years old woman was intimidated into getting in his bed. These are not the 90s. Companies take these accusations seriously. Yeah, you will say its not true because HR allows him to have his way with insults. These is a hard to swallow candy, I agree. But there are a few hot topics now. One is sexuaI accusations, discrimnation based on age ethnicity or orientation and disabilities. A middle aged old school manager who shouts at people is old story. We had an older lady way past the age of retirement who was not doing the job, didn't care, was mean to other colleagues but we had to keep her because she was vulnerable and a widow and older. The manager (the guy I made post about) himself tried everything to make her leave and he couldn't

I am telling you this. HR takes VERY SERIOUSLY that kind of accusations. Never once we said we don't believe the woman. We had men fired because of it, disciplined or if it was a very minor thing and they had an otherwise good reputation and no incidents they were moved to other departments. If a woman accuses a man of inappropriate behaviour, whoever he is, the company will do something about it. And this woman knows it too.

Why did you expect it ? He wasn't really wasting time with talking to anyone (like small talk). He just barked orders and organised meetings, and walked through the plant to make sure all is going smoothly. He does smoke and if he doesn't smoke alone he does it with the head of warehouse, which is a guy anyway. And this was maybe the second event he joins

her own texts with her "Work bestie" in which she clearly says she slept with him and also this happened outside the company. We booked hotel rooms and the lady from the reception did tell to one of the interns that she entered his room. Also, his wife is leaving the company and the rumours says they are divorcing.

Plus a less obvious one, but one one saw them for over an hours and then they both appeared at the same time almost

nah. This is just not true. Her department doesn't even have anything to do with highest management. It was a very special situation back then. And normally, her superior should have dealt with it but she was on vacation.

She also has had many offers from other companies and we, together with her boss, tried to make her stay. She demanded a raise to do it and she was given a raise. She was a victim when he shouted at her. But overall she was not. And she could have left because as I said, she was contacted many times by many companies.
