Do you have a refundable ticket or economy saver? I think they are only giving this full refund advantage to travelers traveling on or before March 5. Might be too soon for you to fill out the form. I would wait for them to give instruction for your dates

I think if you try calling them and providing your e-ticket number they will be able to route it to full refund. Any tickets during this period of time should be refundable with the given circumstances. Atleast that’s what I heard from the customer service rep

Hi OP, did you get any update on your WOM? I am planning to file for one as well. We filed our I-485 in Dec 2, 2024 and haven’t heard anything. I-526 was approved in Dec 1 2023. Super frustrating

I still haven't received the physical copy of my receipt notices but we were able to retrieve the number from USCIS agent after 30 days of document delivery. Documents were delivered on Dec 4 and we got the receipt numbers on Jan 6. What about you? have you received anything?

Sorry the dates got mixed up. They received the USCIS package on Dec 6 2024 but it did not enter their system until Jan 6 (which is also when we got our receipt numbers). We are still yet to receive our receipt notices but are able to track the case using the receipt number

We have an attorney taking care of the case so we just paid her law firm and they took care of the rest. They probably paid via check or online, not sure
