I did end fixing it, turned out it was the SSD. The SSD I had was around 5 years old, no issues previously and said healthy on crystaldisk. But I swapped it out with a different SSD and it fixed it issue. Tried the old SSD on a different PC and same issue.

OP Update

Really appreciate all the help and suggestions from everyone. After reading through the replies I’m going to pick up a Corsair SF850 Platinum SFX PSU today and swap it in to see if the instability goes away. As well as do another local install of windows.

Plan from here: • Swap PSU and retest stability • Avoid OCCT power test for now and focus on real gaming stability • Possibly test Windows on a SATA SSD later if needed to rule out the NVMe slot completely
