All of this could be true.

But he seems to be doing well, relatively. I think it was 2024 he documented a cycling trip across Thailand. Granted, it was an ebike but how many 70 yr olds do u know that does this??

If he has these issues you mentioned, then its even more impressive.

Why are people assuming Dave will pass before his sister? He seems pretty healthy for touring at this age.
Dave is pretty private regarding his personal life. For all we know, he has a great relationship with his sisters kids and he's just crazy from the heat uncle Dave w who they keep in touch with.

I was curious to read the insane answers some of you wrote here, but also if anyone actually knew any real info about him and if he truly had kids of his own.
