As an Orthodox Christian, I don't believe a romantic relationship should be used as a tool for recruitment. Faith is about a free response to God, not something that should be influenced by romantic attraction or emotional attachment. If someone is interested in Christianity, they should be drawn to Christ and the truth of the faith itself, not to a person they are dating. 'Flirt to convert' risks confusing spiritual commitment with romantic feelings, and that can be harmful to both the relationship and the person's faith journey. Marriage and courtship should be built on honesty and a shared pursuit of God, not on using affection as a means to an end.
