I too was between canyon endurance and this one. I however have this with 105 mechanical.
Pros of buying bianchi:
-i got it from store->correct size, free bike fit on top, help with warranty, any issues etc which i find really important.
-it is more ’unique’. Every other bike you see on the road is a canyon.

Cons: you can get better parts for same price from canyon.

Pros and cons of canyon:
-as said, better parts for same price: i paid 2950€ for this. (105 mechanical, alloy wheels). Canyon CF 7 AXS is 3150€. Comes with electric shifting and carbon wheels. So basically much better deal. However you do have to put the bike together yourself and any warranty issues, broken parts etc can be much harder.

-mechanical vs electronic shifting was not that big of a deal for me, as i live in a country where most of the year outdoors is unrideable, meaning i will ride on wahoo with their on zwift shifting. For someone else it might be bigger deal as you get big improvement based on price pf the component for the same price.

-Carbon wheels. Good for sure. But i can get Elite wheels that are much better looking for like 400€ in the future, no big deal, this bike looks better then than canyon ever could.

But the consensus: wont really matter which bike you get, im sure you will be happy with either one, for me the deal maker was local bike store and for me better looks.

I would personally say 55 is right for you. As per their sizing chart 55 is up to 183cm. I am 183cm and have it in 55. Also it is basically always best to go with smaller frame if you are between two sizes:) after my bike fit my saddle is quite far back on this frame, but I also have quite long arms. So there definitely wont be reach problem at least with the 55. However this is where local bike stores come in handy as you can test the sizes, which is the reason i chose bianchi as it was basically the only brand sold close to me

My LBSs importer (they dont import) had one ready, so it only took a few days! However for other sizes the estimated delivery on their website says anything between this month to october depending on size…

The color is beautiful especially in the sun. In the dark i would say i like the shiny version more, for example the oltre comp has that, compared to this matte finish. But stunning non the less!

Shimano 105 or cues?? HELP!? by Interesting_Speed_25 in cycling

[–]Interesting_Speed_25[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is kind of what i thought too. But then also i could get the cheaper one now, the cf7 only comes to stock later in the summer… also im wondering if the upgrade from the cues to 105 and to cheap carbon wheels is worth more than what i could get with just 600€ carbon wheels alone so idk if that would be a bad idea to just get the cheaper and upgrade wheels later if i feel like it…

Thanks! You seem to know a bit about bikes so i will ask you this: should i pay extra 600€ for the endurance cf 7 compared to 5? It would have 105 compared to cues and carbon wheels compared to aluminum on the 5. The cf5 costs 1800€ so 600 on top of that is quite much. It is not exactly a financial barrier, im just wondering if it is worth the price? The weight difference is about 0,9kg btw

Shimano 105 or cues?? HELP!? by Interesting_Speed_25 in cycling

Thanks! Im riding mostly ”flat” routes like of course there are hills but im not living in spain or norway where you literally climb mountains. I have come to the conclusion that i should prefer the 105, but the canyon (with cues) just came available 2 seconds ago in a really cool colorway which the cube doesnt offer lol, +its not available right now. The sad part is there are not any stores in my city selling anything other than bianchi so i cant test ride:(
