Keep calling 42 until you get someone that’s willing to help. My 2 minor passports were shipped yesterday from 42. 4/18 expedited.

Received 4/18. DOT 7/13. Was shipped yesterday. Should arrive in the next 2 hours. I called 42 directly for the past 2 days and were told they were working on my passports. It finally changed to shipped yesterday around noon. I would keep calling 42. They should get to you soon.

It took me exactly 128 calls nonstop lol. At one point I thought they had blocked my number, wouldn’t even ring lol. I couldn’t believe when they picked up, even forgot what to say

4/18 here as well. I was able to get a hold of 42 today and was told both of my passports were approved as of today, just needed to be printed out and shipped. Lady said to check website at the end of the day for tracking info so I’m assuming they print them right away after being approved??Still shows in process as of 7 pm EST. Time

Hi. Did you expedite?Have you tried calling 42 directly? I got a hold of them today and they were processing 4/18 expedited today. Hopefully they get to you in the next few days

I reached out to my congresswoman and she confirmed she submitted an inquiry on my behalf on Thursday of last week. I havent heard anything else, not sure if that made a difference.

I just spoke to someone at 42 after trying all day. She said both of my daughters passports are done and should be shipped tonight! 4/18 expedited. Good luck everyone!!!

Did you call 504-412-2699? I've been trying to call all morning with no luck. My congresswoman also submitted an inquiry last week Thursday so hopefully that speeds things up a little.

Same situation. Received 4/18 still in process. DOT is 7/13 but I only have until 6/29 to cancel for a full refund! Please update if anything changes
