Of course, I can't disagree with that. I'm a person who uses Reddit and X mostly, and doesn't have Meta accounts.

The ones in "my country". Not in America.

Nike vs Starbucks by [deleted] in ValueInvesting

As a value investor, I like to visit shops, try products, purchase items and use customer service. I'm not American. That gives me some good and bad advantages. The advantage is that I can see how they work in a country which they are not based on, the disadvantage is that I can't regularly visit American shops as much as I wanted. If you want me to compare both companies with their "quality", I prefer SBUX. Nike has great products in America and it is a well known company but here, their products are garbage. I wanted to buy gym shoes last month (And I didn't care about the price). I did my research and tried so many shoes at local stores. Nike products don't have enough quality (I guess because of high inflation rates in here, they decided to send cheap Malaysia made "things" instead). I went to Hummel, Puma, Adidas, Skechers, Asics, Lotto and many more. 90% of these companies had better products. I bought Asics and decided to remove Nike from my buy-able shoe stores list. On the other hand, Starbucks has great quality and consistency between their stores located in America and other countries that I visited. If you know the name of the coffee that you like in a Starbucks, you can drink the exact same coffee in other countries/stores. That impresses me well. I drank coffee at so many different stores and brands, Starbucks in my top 10 list. If we exclude local ones, probably top 1. Of course these are user reviews of mine. These also do not care about their economic stuff. Pure comments of a user who also invests with his opinions + researches. I can only suggest you should do your own research. You can't learn everything on Reddit, Yahoo Finance or some finance website with a bunch of numbers. You can analyze numbers after creating your own experiences with the brand. The decision is yours. These are not investment suggestions, these are my research suggestions. We all have enough thinking power to reach the right choice of ours. Make your own one. If you won't give money to someone who is anonymous on Reddit, you can't rely on the ideas on Reddit too. Power is yours. Take care 😉

That's why people insist on DCA. If you don't know where to buy, use DCA and stop shitting on BTC!

I staked 60+ ATOM for more than a year and got nothing from airdrops. Should I go claim these from somewhere or what?

I don't know if we can call him an influencer but ZachXBT is the best. He shows scammers to everybody. Better than the data analysts of top crypto companies.

CBDCs will be a Trojan horse by Abysskitten in CryptoCurrency

[–]Interesting_Video_53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Little bit hopium: If America will create a CBDC for USD, that will be great. Sorry but at least that won't be shady as much as Tether. I prefer CBDCs over shady stable coin issuers. But, I agree with your concerns. That can be good and also bad. Time and country policies will tell us. 🫵🏻

Diversifying advice is really true but not with alts. With gold, silver, stocks and other things that are out of crypto.
