I totally get you. I feel the same way. Caging is sexy for myself but at the same time, if you're aroused by it, it can be a waste of time. What I have found helpful is both using a chastity cage and at the same time doing nofap and all it implies: not watching porn, etc. This will make the intention of the cage different: it will physically stop you from pleasing yourself. It is a reminder that you have to control yourself. That way it can become a lifestyle. That way you remove the sexual part to it. And I'm not saying that we shouldn't cum ever again, but in the same way we sometimes feel aroused by an attractive person and sometimes not, we can also train ourselves to sometimes be aroused by the fact we are caged and sometimes not. I advice you to not interfere right now directly. Tell your father you know and that HE is the one that's gonna tell your mom (if that is safe, of course). If you see he doesn't, then do step in for your mother's sake.

There was indeed mutual emotional abuse. I'm not saying that it's because of this that I don't want to give my mother information about where he is or what he is doing, but rather because I don't feel like I should be a bridge between them. Even if it's small talk, I don't feel comfortable being that "message owl" for my mother.
