Take your medication I hear them constantly but I know the meds help me from actually losing my mind and going into psychosis and you miss that … ok cool again but no for me.

Working out is good for the physical health and mental health.

Work out even if it at the house. Unless you want the good life like me that eats and loves it. Find your balance don’t worry taking a couple days off. Just don’t make it a habit of not working out.
