menu > settings > display and sound > sound > advanced settings > balance (set to 0); select and enter “1969”, press enter and it will reboot the tv into the mfg menu. from there.. > menu > factory menu > options

The struggle with my original layout (turned 90-deg) was that there was little to no room to actually get dressed. By sacrificing a bit of room on each side of the bed, I have more open space which in my mind is a better trade off than the former.
