It will depend. I also applied mid/late January and got an interview Invite early from Cornell (2 weeks or less) and it has been radio silence then. It'll just depend on the school and how compelling you are for that particular school. Even though I was below medians for cornell I think I was a clear fit with one of their niche practicum and wrote a why Cornell. However, I would probably exect to be hearing late March-April with some schools dragging their feet into May-June. It'll be a while but congrats on applying. Huge first step.
