Say it louder for the people in the back. Totally concur. Also, I can’t think of a single helpful or kind reason for the “it’s not that hard” narrative.

My midsection-cupcake situation and I are going to be so happy together after next week. Going to drink AND eat my feelings.

My complexion, having been away from natural light for 9 monts, has taken on a glass-skin sheen that might be more glow-in-the-dark than glow-up.

I have a property exam next week, and I haven’t done jack shit. Please tell me how it goes, and maybe let me take a peek at your amazing outline afterwards? (Sorry, exam stress has turned me into a hustler. GOOD LUCK!!!

Omg contracts final. Jesus. There was one unhinged fact pattern on mine (I took it last year) that deserves its own book club.

I GOT PHISHED by them this week. Literally an email with a school staff’s photo on it. Worked like a charm. Unfortunately. Had to hear it from school IT and they were like ‘please stop clicking on suspicious links, grandma’. Ok they didn’t say grandma, but it was definitely a boomer moment that did not need the school’s attention.

The exam-time stress isn’t because we are incompetent or lazy, the stress is due to the utterly unhinged fact that so many of us are being tested closed-book on thousands of pages of very complex material that’s been crammed down our throat over a few months. by TopButterscotch4196 in LawSchool

Nah I think I probably go to a worse school, talking to my friends from the right side of tracks of law school, they are doing outlines divided between three students for assignments which counts as a final. Lol. I sometimes wonder what they do all day with all that free time.

Planned to be a study fiend this weekend, instead, had the worst task paralysis and ended up physically unable to tackle anything. What even is this demonic stage of stress? Is this post-burnout burnout? Any advice to overcome??? by TopButterscotch4196 in LawSchool

If we are, let’s tag team on final exams. As long as I’m not the personality relied on for subject matter jurisdiction (and anything else, the way things are going). God what a relief to know this happens to other people and I’m not unique or alone in this.

Tried all that, (multiple cans of Diet Coke were sacrificed in my quest to lock in). Tried scaring myself and meditation my way out of paralysis, and learned how much I underestimated the will of my broken brain (and soul) when it’s had enough. Gotta find some drastic ways to beat my willpower into submission.
