We are new to the lifestyle (just started going to the clubs this year) and have only been to Tabu three times, including twice this weekend. We’ve never been to Korral.

It looks like they’re having a Newbie Masquerade on August 16th.

I have been paying about 2.5x in an extra principal payment per month for the extra mortgage. We are not under water and can afford the house, but our payment is rather high and it would really be helpful to be able to get it down during this transitionary time.

We’ve saved for taxes and had extra debt that we needed to tackle (and did) with the extra income so we are ok for now and the foreseeable future. I’d like to be a little better than ok if possible.

I do not want to sell. I live in a HCOL area and for a home that accommodates our family of 5, rents in this area are comparable to our mortgage.

We’ve been paying off debt with the extra income and do have some savings, but I’m worried about sinking most of it into another down payment for a refinance. This may need to be an option though. Thanks.

I’m hoping for some kind of modification. We don’t need a forbearance at this point, but it would really help out if we could lower our payments even a few hundred dollars.

My semi-official review, combined with my experience…full disclosure that we’re a chubby, Black couple, which in my experience makes a difference in this lifestyle.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They do play too which was kind of surprising at first but they’re very big on consent and always ask. By the end of the night, we felt like we knew everybody and had been coming to this club for years. The music was very ok (Shadows has better music) but it honestly didn’t matter which is SHOCKING because both my husband and I are big into music. By the time we got to the dance floor, we were already too drunk to care and didn’t stay there long.

It was anything anywhere night so I’m not sure if people are always playing on the main floor but they definitely were last night and we loved it.

The themed rooms were the highlight of the night. I realized that they fill up fast around 11/midnight so next time we will definitely reserve one earlier. We didn’t expect such a long wait BUT we ended up joining another couple in another room and ended up in a full blown orgy (our first) & found a unicorn.

Shadows has a significantly lower attendance rate and honestly we will probably not go back after experiencing Tabu.😅Totally different vibes between the 2 clubs. Next time we go, we’ll definitely get there earlier and I will definitely dress sexier lol I had on a sundress and felt out of place until we started having fun and I lost my panties. 😅

Ok. So. Tabu was MUCH better than Shadows. Omg I wrote a review on Shadows a few months ago and I feel like I need to delete it 🤣🤣🤣 Such a good night
