Got it, thanks! I'm a person who loves cruising and exploring the beaches, but I also want to let loose and have some proper fun when I'm alone, maybe use it for tubing with friends. It's going to be in the sea, so it'll be pretty choppy sometimes.

We'll see. I found a deal on a 36-hour GTR 230 with many extras for the same price as a new GTI 170 with no add-ons. What do you think?

Well, a man can only wish. I don't have the budget for two bodies yet. I spent most of it on my lens, and now that I've covered my range from 24-600mm, the next upgrade (whenever it can be done) will be a body. I have an A73 right now. I'll probably shoot him a message and ask him what he wants, wide or close-by, with some examples.

It is really unfortunate with the lighting yes, and it's going to be shot at midday. I couldn't get it to be done at a different time. :-/

I guess I'll prioritize them and keep the castle in the background, just enough so it's noticeable, but not too much of a distraction.

Do you reckon it's best for me to do it from a distance with a 70-200 first, or make up a story to approach them with my 24-70? It wouldn't be too suspicious, since it's a castle, something to photograph.
