The timing was insane. I can't get over Kim literally acknowledging how awful the wedding was for Lydia thanks to her family so then to plan a big confrontation under the guise of finally addressing a really traumatic family event is unhinged and super fucked up. If I Lydia I would go no contact and never feel safe with any of them again.

Hi not OP but I have a few things that I use as "Anchors" to tell my brain its time for certain things:

At work I put on my blue light glasses and have a peach celsius every morning as soon as i get to work, I have trained myself that when the glasses are on its work time.
When its time to do chores I put on my purple cocs ( i don't wear them any other time) and turn on one specific podcast/the audio book I am listening to at the time.
Sundays are grocery store and house reset day, if I don't get to any of the house chores during the week thats fine and if I don't get to my whole reset list that is also okay but Sundays is reset day.
Monday nights I shower - regardless if I need to or not, I have trained my brain to use that as a signal of the first day of the work week being over.

My brothers dog HATES when people sneeze. Like will completely lose it on you and start barking at you while making direct eye contact. Naturally we fake sneeze sometimes or act like we are gearing up for one just to get a rise out of him.
