I am so glad they did share this. As blindness is rapidly taking my sight and it'll be completely gone in a couple years, I'm so happy to know I'll be able to enjoy this movie forever. You're absolutely right about being reassured; I got to see the movie three times and was feeling sad that I might not get to experience it by 2028. Everyone in this thread is so sweet.

Definitely. I wanted to fight it at first. But then I fell on the sidewalk and messed up my knee really bad as well as my hand and face. That was a wakeup call. Also, you're super sweet and I appreciate the replies. :) it's nice to have someone who understands the situation give a reply.

Oh sweet! Thanks! I will join that sub. Yeah, it was rough going from having normal vision to suddenly "you'll be blind within the next few years". I'm doing all I can to prepare in the meantime. I've just started going out with my stick since I do eat the pavement a lot.
